  • Return Policy

We would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases at Geonaturals. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded, less any cost for collection (£8.5 if your delivery cost was £8.5 or less, if delivery cost was greater than £8.5 the same amount as delivery cost will be deducted from your refund for collection). Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned and provided all of the bottles are unopened and undamaged (fit for resale). GeoNaturals will arrange collection of the goods where that is reasonable. Collection will be arranged within 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.

Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:

·        must be sent in its original packaging;

·        must be sealed effectively to allow for return shipping without compromising the content;

·        must be shipped back to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery;

·        must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;

  • Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any products that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) working days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to you via the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.

In the event of complaint please contact info@geonaturals.co.uk  / +447708088705 giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 working hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 working hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this.
