Marani Chacha Saperavi

Crystal clear in appearance, this chacha opens with inviting aromas of jammed red fruit and fresh mint. On the palate, it has a soft, rounded attack, followed by a gently sweet mid-palate and a silky strawberry finish. Elegant yet characterful, it captures the bold fruit profile of Saperavi in a refined, aromatic spirit.

After fermentation, the pomace and final fraction of the pressing wine are double steam distilled in the traditional way. The resulting chacha is then stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling, preserving its clean, fresh and fruit-forward character.
