Shavkapito is an indigenous grape variety from Kartli region, spread in Kartli and Samachablo regions. Fermentation at 24-28°C. The wine has a dark ruby color, characterized by berries aromas with pleasant tints of raw plum and cherry. It has well-balanced tannin. The wine is aged in the French oak barrels for 9 months, followed by aging in bottles. Best served at 16-18°C. Contains Sulphites.
Storage conditions: 5-20°C at relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
