The wine is made, using Kakhetian traditional method, from the Rkatsiteli grape variety harvested in Gurjaani, Kakheti region. After destemming, carefully hand picked grapes are crushed and transferred to Qvevri for fermentation. When the process is complete the grape must is taken out and the wine is kept in Qvevri for six more months for aging. The wine has an amber color, full and long-lasting taste with balanced tannin and acidity. Best served at 14-16° C. Contains sulphites.
