An amber-colored wine with a distinct aroma of pear, white pepper, orange blossom, acacia honey, pineapple and perfume. Fine acidity and velvety tannin create a perfect balance. On the palate, the aromas recur in complex. The full-body of wine extends the wide range of aromas in the finish even further. Serve at 12-13°C .
Fermentation process of this amber wine was made with grape skins, stalks pips (chacha) in a Qvevri. Qvevri is a large earthenware vessel used for the fermentation, storage and ageing of traditional Georgian wine. The wine made in traditional Georgian way is free of any animal product or yeast. This Georgian way of Fermentation gives wine more intense flavour and taste. Contains sulphates.
