Fermentation process of this wine was made with grape skins, stalks pips(chaca) in a Qvevri. Qvevri is a large earthenware vessel used for the fermentation, storage and ageing of traditional Georgian wine. The wine made in traditional Georgian way is free of any animal product or yeast. This Georgian way of Fermentation gives wine more intense flavour and taste. Contains sulphites.
